We are seeing an increase in "delays"/4xx errors on outbound message delivery for some SparkPost and SparkPost Enterprise customers (US hosted only). Note: This issue does not impact our SparkPost customers hosted in the EU.

Our data processing services are running behind and we're seeing intermittent slowness and elevated error rates on our reporting APIs. Specifically, some customers may see latency issues, 500 errors or a delay of data on: Webhooks Suppressions Message injection and outbound message delivery is not impacted - all messages are flowing as expected. Note: This issue does not impact our SparkPost customers hosted in the EU.

Resolved Slow delivery to Gmail.com for some customers

Since the Google outage we reported on Tuesday (https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/9p864chxj68k), some customers have observed longer than usual delivery time for messages destined for Gmail.com. Delivery time (as measured by time-to-first-attempt) has been improving since 19:00 UTC today. (This notice applies to customers provisioned in the US and EU.) Reminder: Please review your Status Page subscriptions to ensure you are receiving alerts on all SparkPost components: click "Manage your subscription" at the bottom of this email.

We are experiencing an elevated level of API and UI errors and latency for our APIs for some SparkPost and SparkPost Enterprise customers (including Transmissions API and SMTP injection API). Please retry any 5xx error. Note: This issue does not impact our SparkPost customers hosted in the US.

Google reported an increase in the rate of invalid recipients (hard bounces) beginning ~ 19:00 EST yesterday; for more information see: https://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en-GB&v=issue&sid=1&iid=109f5878e60fdfb3c0f64fc9b81752e1. You may see a higher rate of invalid recipients for your Gmail subscribers than expected. We are exploring the appropriate remediation activities.
