Resolved Minor Increased rate of 500 errors from SDK API
We have detected an increased rate in 500 errors being returned from our SDK API endpoints. Our engineering team is currently investigating this issue. Customer impact: This may cause SDKs to fail to initialize in some cases. SDKs already initialized and SDKs with previously cached information in the device will continue to operate normally.
Resolved Minor Live tail outage
We are currently investigating an issue causing the Live Tail feature to fail to start querying our data pipeline. There is no data loss.
Resolved Minor Web Console increased latency
We identified an issue causing application traffic to be routed to our failover region, causing increased latencies for some customers. We have rolled back the changes and latencies are expected to recover shortly. No data has been lost.
Resolved Minor Event types delay
We are currently investigating a delay in the processing of event types. Impact: New event types ingested are taking longer than usual to become available for metrics creation.
Resolved Minor Impressions traffic spike
We are currently investigating an unusual spike in traffic causing 500 errors from our impressions endpoint, for Feb-24-2022 from 18:08 - 18:13 UTC. While most of our SDKs are designed to retry on failed requests to prevent data loss, there is a potential loss with a 5 minute window of the spike.
There will be no more frantic searching for the source of the problem.
