Resolved WAF Dashboard - Degraded performance on some monitor/firewall dashboards

We are aware of an issue affecting load times on waf.sucuri.net and the accuracy of internal tools showing correct firewall status. Our sitecheck.sucuri.net service is currently down. We are investigating the cause with AWS and we will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share. Note that our Firewall, Monitoring and Backup products are unaffected and operating normally. The issue only impacts sucuri sitecheck feature.

Resolved Support Dashboard Connectivity Issues

We are aware of an issue that is affecting customers' ability to log in to their support dashboard. We are investigating this issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Resolved Maintenance: login.sucuri.net

We are conducting some planned maintenance on the login.sucuri.net server. We expect this work to take ~2 hours. During this time it will not be possible to login to the Sucuri dashboard, however the rest of our services will continue to operate as normal (WAF, Backups & Monitoring) We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
