One of our upstream providers is currently experiencing technical difficulties and this has impacted our monitor3 service. The provider is already aware of the issue and is working to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. Once the issue has been fixed and service has been restored, we will update the status here to confirm everything is back to normal. We apologize for the trouble experienced.

Australian and Brazilian WAF outage
An issue has been identified on the 60X and 70X WAF servers that is causing errors. We are working on a fix, but in the meantime, you can update the DNS records for your site to point to our standard anycast network to get your site loading again. We apologise for the trouble caused.

Cluster 12 WAF/CDN intermittent connectivity issues
Our network monitoring tools have detected some intermittent network issues impacting Cluster 12 that has resulted in degraded performance. The issue looks to be localized with Frankfurt and Miami being the regions currently impacted. Our network engineering team are continuing to investigate the issue and we will post further updates once we have more detailed information. We hope to have the issue resolved shortly and we apologize for any trouble experienced.

WAF Dashboard Connectivity Issues
Our PRODUCT dashboard (waf.sucuri.net/) is currently down. We are aware of an issue that is affecting customers' ability to log in to their WAF dashboard. We are investigating this issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available. Note that our Firewall, Monitoring and Backup products are unaffected and operating normally. The issue only impacts the front end used to set the waf.sucuri.net configuration options.

The WAF dashboard is currently unavailable due to an ongoing issue impacting one of our upstream providers. We are working with them to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Only the WAF management dashboard is impacted. The WAF service itself is unaffected.
