Resolved Minor WAF Dashboard Connectivity Issues

Our PRODUCT dashboard (waf.sucuri.net/) is currently down. We are aware of an issue that is affecting customers' ability to log in to their WAF dashboard. We are investigating this issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available. Note that our Firewall, Monitoring and Backup products are unaffected and operating normally. The issue only impacts the front end used to set the waf.sucuri.net configuration options.

Resolved Major WAF Dashboard outage

The WAF dashboard is currently unavailable due to an ongoing issue impacting one of our upstream providers. We are working with them to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Only the WAF management dashboard is impacted. The WAF service itself is unaffected.

We've identified an issue with one of our monitoring dashboards. No Firewall or Backups services should be affected by this issue. The only impact will be to accessing and managing the monitoring dashboard for monitor205. We will update this status report when the maintenance is completed. How can I be notified when Sucuri is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when Sucuri has issues.
Why use IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You can setup a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
