Resolved Minor WAF Dashboard Connectivity Issues
Our PRODUCT dashboard (waf.sucuri.net/) is currently down. We are aware of an issue that is affecting customers' ability to log in to their WAF dashboard. We are investigating this issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available. Note that our Firewall, Monitoring and Backup products are unaffected and operating normally. The issue only impacts the front end used to set the waf.sucuri.net configuration options.
Resolved Major WAF Dashboard outage
The WAF dashboard is currently unavailable due to an ongoing issue impacting one of our upstream providers. We are working with them to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Only the WAF management dashboard is impacted. The WAF service itself is unaffected.
Resolved Minor monitor205 issues
We've identified an issue with one of our monitoring dashboards. No Firewall or Backups services should be affected by this issue. The only impact will be to accessing and managing the monitoring dashboard for monitor205. We will update this status report when the maintenance is completed.
