This was related to an issue with a specific app generating too many long running requests causing all other requests to get queued and delayed. The issue is now resolved and requests are processing fast again. All actions that were delayed earlier should now all have occurred, please contact us in case of any further issue.
Functionality should be back to normal from this time, we're investigating further for the cause and for further issues.
