Resolved Maintenance Some Test environments under maintenance, scheduling jobs via my.topdesk.com disabled.

Currently some test environments are under maintenance and not available. Executing jobs via my.topdesk.com on all SaaS instances (both test and production) has been disabled on EU1C08 and EU1C09 for the time of maintenance.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when TOPdesk has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?

You can go to the Billing section in your account and choose one of the plans. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
