Resolved UniFi Protect Push Notification Outage

An issue has been identified where some UniFi Protect users may not be receiving push notifications. Email notifications are unaffected. Resolved Issues setting up UniFi Talk emergency services

There is a third-party system outage impacting the emergency address step of the UniFi Talk setup process, causing setups to fail. This impacts new setups only and has no impact on existing deployments.

Resolved UNMS Cloud backend outage

UNMS Cloud backend had an outage because SSO credential rotation was not reflected on UNMS side. Users were unable to create new controllers and existing controllers could not be managed by the backend (restarts, password resets).

Resolved UniFi Remote Access Outage

An incident has been identified with UniFi remote access, causing connection issues for some users trying to access their controllers via unifi.ui.com or from their mobile applications. Local access to devices is unaffected. Our teams are investigating the issue and will provide periodic updates on status.ui.com. Resolved Delayed emails sending

We are currently experiencing delays with our email sending provider due to volume. Password reset emails (amongst others) may be delayed at this time.

Resolved Cloud services outage

We are experiencing a widespread outage with some cloud services. We are in the process of investigating and remediating this, and will post at status.ui.com periodically with any further updates.

Resolved UniFi Remote Access Outage

Resolved UniFi Protect Mobile - Push Notification Partial Outage

We have identified an issue delivering push notifications for a subset of Protect customers running controller versions 1.13.0 - 1.15.0. Currently, email notifications are not being impacted. Our teams are investigating the issue and will provide periodic updates on status.ui.com. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
