Resolved Slow API response times
We have observed slower than normal API response times and have identified the cause. A solution is being implemented.
Resolved Monitoring System Updates
We are performing routine service updates to underlying systems that monitor Upscribe. This will not impact any production systems. Data on the status page may be unreliable during this period.
Resolved Status Page Metrics Inaccurate
The underlying hardware that provides metrics to this status page is being modified. Data in metric graphs will be unreliable during this period. This hardware is used for internal monitoring only, and has no impact on customer or merchant facing components.
Resolved Customer Tagging Backlog Increase
We've observed an increase in the backlog that updates Shopify Customers' tags. A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring progress. SubscriptionActive and SubscriptionInactive customer tags may be inaccurate until all items in the backlog have been processed.
Resolved API Request Anomaly
A rapid increase/decrease in API Gateway requests has been detected
