Sangoma experienced post dial delays on inbound and outbound calling for CommUnity customers, affecting the HUD Classic desktop application, Voice Services for USA, and HUDweb for 4 hours. The issue was caused by an overnight system upgrade that introduced the delays. The problem was resolved by rolling back the upgrade, though customers experienced brief call drops and registration losses during the system restart.
