We are currently addressing a service degradation issue affecting Accurx for practices using EMIS Web.

• EMIS Attachments: Attachments from EMIS may fail to load or attach to outgoing messages.
• Performance & Latency: Accurx may take longer than usual to open, send messages, or time out.
Details & Current Status
We have identified the root cause as a connectivity problem between Accurx and EMIS. Our technical team is working directly with EMIS engineering to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
