AlayaCare's Data Exploration module experienced a 30-hour service impairment affecting the ANZ region, where users could not load existing reports and dashboards, particularly those containing Funder details. The issue also prevented creation of new reports using Funder dimension fields, though other new report creation remained functional. The problem was resolved through a deployed fix that restored normal loading functionality for all reports and dashboards.
