Outage Details

Dear customer: At 10:05 on January 7, 2025, Beijing time, Alibaba Cloud monitoring found that cloud products such as ECS and EIP in the Shanghai region reported errors when purchase or modify. The service of existing instances was not affected. After investigation, it was found that the abnormal problem was related to the private network of VPC. Alibaba Cloud engineers are currently handling it. Some failed tasks have begun to be gradually restored. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
