3 months agoWhen I open app it says “ updating library” I closed and restarted the app. I closed and restarted my phone. I updated the app and my phones IOS. The app still says “ updating library”

4 months agoI am a podcast creator and I upload a new episode every Sunday morning. This morning my episode went live almost 3 hours ago but it is still not available on Apple podcasts.

4 months agoChit Chat and All That podcast lands at 7am on Fridays. It is showing on Spotify but not on Apple Podcasts. Any advice as to why this might be would be greatly appreciated.

4 months agoThe Apple podcasts 'store' page is not showing up (it is a blank white screen). The music, movie, and audiobook pages are all functioning as normal.

9 months agoEpisodes not updating. The most recently updated episode in the Latest Episodes queue was 4 hours ago. At this time of day (8:30am EDT) there usually is a number of episodes updated within the past hour or less.
