Ardoq experienced a 6.1-hour performance issue affecting both US and EU applications, causing significant platform slowness and intermittent timeouts, particularly when users worked with complex Workspaces or data-heavy tasks. The issue impacted overall environment stability across the platform. The problem was identified, a fix was implemented and monitored, and the incident was fully resolved.

Ardoq experienced a 33-minute incident where Excel file exports from the Reports section were failing, causing users to receive "corrupt file" errors when attempting to open the exported files. Workspace exports remained functional throughout the incident. The engineering team identified the root cause and deployed a fix to production, fully resolving the issue.
