We have identified an issue impacting some of our customers attempting to access certain products, as well as all Raiser’s Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT customers. When attempting to connect, customers are receiving an error message that states the site cannot be reached. The products currently affected include Altru, Blackbaud NetCommunity, Blackbaud CRM, Email Services, Financial Edge, Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT, eTapesty, Education Edge, Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, Managed File Transfer and Online Express.
