At around 8 pm ET on April 16, our engineers implemented a fix and slowly released a subset of emails that were queued up within Luminate Online. Once no errors were observed, email tasks were enabled around 9:20 pm ET and emails that were paused after 10:30 am ET on April 15 were queued and began sending. Email service has been restored for Luminate Online and we will continue to monitor.

Our engineers will continue to investigate and try to resolve this issue overnight. All Luminate Online email sends as of 10:30 am ET on April 15 remain paused. Email tasks with a “Generated Audience” status are being held in a queue and can be rescheduled if a customer chooses, but won't be sent until after the incident is resolved. Email tasks with a “Awaiting Delivery Statistics” status or another error message have either been sent or will fail. You can reference KB Article #97124 to determine email task status. We will update this page again when the issue is resolved or a fix has been created or by 9 a.m. ET on April 17. Please continue to reference this page for updates.

Our engineers continue to investigate an issue causing some email jobs to encounter an error when sending. We have temporarily paused all Luminate Online email sends as of 10:30 am ET on April 15. Email tasks with a “Generated Audience” status are being held in a queue and can be rescheduled if a customer chooses, but won't be sent until after the incident is resolved. We are working as quickly as possible to find the root cause and have called in additional third-party support to trouble shoot the issue. To prevent further errors from occurring and while we investigate, our teams temporarily paused all Luminate Online email sends at 10:30 am ET on April 15.
