This incident has been resolved and it was observed that clients are operating normally.

Our team is continuing to address the remaining issues following the recent outage. At this time, all Illuminate functionality, including the user interface, has been fully restored. We are aware that Course reports in Original courses are still unavailable and that a small number of clients may not yet see refreshed data. We expect these issues to be resolved later today.
