We have identified an issue with our Cloud Infrastructure hosted on AWS. Our engineering teams are working to manage capacity and messaging queues. At this time US02 and US05 clusters are experiencing Outbound Messaging and Data Processing latency.

Braze Engineers continue to monitor Data Processing and Outbound Messaging. Services have continued to remain stable and we have not observed any further capacity provision issues and the incident is resolved.

Amazon is still reporting issues, during this time Braze Engineering teams are continuing to monitor the stability of services.

The latency impacting Outbound Messaging and Data Processing latency for the US02 and US05 clusters have been resolved. The backlog of messaging has been processed and messages are now sending in realtime.
