We have identified the issue related to a Teamsite 8 workflow cache process and a fix and server restart will be applied tonight during our maintenance window at 1 a.m. PT (4 a.m. ET).

Our teams continue to investigate and actively working on a resolution and we will provide an update by or before Thursday May 4th, 11 a.m. PT (2 p.m. ET).
Please be aware that Central 1 has raised an incident with our internal teams to review delays and issues with editing and publishing for Teamsite 8 changes to the mobile app.
This is affecting the updates to the rates file, as the changes are not being reflected on the production mobile app. Our teams are actively working on a resolution and we will provide an update by 11 a.m. PT (2 p.m. ET).
