Alert! - INC159661 - Wires Data Extract Files Delayed

The PSWD0518, PSWR0518, PSWD0519, and PSWR0519 files have been generated and delivered to the FTP server.

This incident is now resolved.

Testing for the fix is successful and it will be implemented into our system, this evening, after the end-of-day processing is complete. After then the missing 0518 files and the regularly scheduled 0519 files will be created and delivered to the FTP server.

We anticipate the files being available by 8 p.m. PT (11 p.m. ET).

Our technical support team has developed a fix for this issue and is currently testing it.

We will provide another update by 2:30 p.m. PT (5:30 p.m. ET).

*** THIS NOTICE IS TARGETED TO THOSE ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUBSCRIBE TO THE WIRES DATA EXTRACT FILES ***

Due to technical issues with the process that creates the Wires Data Extract files, the PSWD0518 and PSWR0518 files will be delayed. We are unable to deliver the files this evening.

Technical support staff are investigating the matter and the intention is to have a resolution by the end of business tomorrow, May 19. This will allow us to create the delayed 0518 files in addition to the 0519 files normally scheduled for tomorrow evening. The files will not be combined.

An update on this matter will be provided by 11 a.m. PT, May 19 (2 p.m. ET).
