The incident has been resolved as DOXIM restored service
Central 1 is currently working with Doxim to help restore optimal service for our online banking e-Statement service. Currently your member may see an error “Statement is not available”, when trying to download it.
A ticket is currently escalated at Doxim for review and Central 1 will provide an update by 1 p.m. PT on Monday, November 15.
At this time is appears to only be impacting a small amount of e-Statements (less then 10%).
