Optum Insight Rx Connect is experiencing sporadic connectivity issues to IL, ME, UT, VT and WY Medicaid and some OptumRx BINs today impacting inbound pharmacy transactions starting at approximately 1:45 p.m. CT. Pharmacies may experience ERX02 or ERX03 error messages. Optum Insight is in progress troubleshooting this issue and will update once resolved.

Sept. 2, 2025, 1:45 p.m.-7:04 p.m. CT, Optum Insight Rx Connect experienced sporadic connectivity issues to IL, ME, UT, VT and WY Medicaid and some OptumRx BINs which impacted some inbound pharmacy transactions. The issue is resolved. Pharmacies that experienced ERX02 or ERX03 error messages should reprocess those claims.
