This incident has been resolved.
A recent upgrade to a component used by Advanced Queries affected saved queries that used a query name, this has now been fixed.
A fix has been implemented and we are now monitoring the results.
We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing saved queries from running in Advanced Queries for some users.
