CleverTap's MEC region experienced a major outage lasting 75.3 hours due to disruptions in AWS services in the META region, causing CleverTap systems to go down completely. The outage affected all MEC region customers and their access to CleverTap components. The incident was resolved through infrastructure changes implemented by CleverTap's team, with Success managers providing ongoing communication to customers throughout the recovery process.
