CleverTap experienced a 4.3-hour global outage affecting SDK and API data ingestion across all regions, caused by issues with AWS CloudFront. The team worked with AWS and implemented an alternate ingestion approach, restoring service progressively — starting with EU and SG endpoints, followed by India, and eventually all regions. Full resolution was confirmed after verifying system stability across all affected endpoints.

The issue has been resolved, and all affected services are operating normally. We have verified system stability and will continue to monitor as part of our standard operational processes.

Ingestion is back to normal on our India endpoints, both SDK and API. For the other regions too, ingestion has started albeit slower than usual. We are monitoring the ingestion performance.
