Funding Transactions in a "Cancelled" Status

The issue affecting the transactions have been corrected and batched on 4/14/2023. Acquirers might have observed an additional file which was sent for processing. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

The delayed funding and errors in transactions which was observed earlier has now been mitigated and we are monitoring closely to ensure the issue is resolved.

Impact: Due to system issues, a small percentage of transactions set to batch today April 14, 2023, may be in a "CANCELLED" state. Teams are correcting these transactions and will have them sent out later today for funding. This process may create an additional settlement file for your acquirer to process.
