We have identified a number of acquirers that are unable to clear settlements for a small subset of unsecured internet E-Commerce Indicator (ECI) authorizations to Mastercard. A fix was implemented on 18 October 2023 to prevent further impact to authorizations. Cybersource is currently conducting an investigation to identify the impacted transactions for settlement prior to 18 October.
Impact: There is a delay in funding for the affected acquirers and/or merchants.
