Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Batch/File Upload in Business Center. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Clients may be experiencing issues with the custom Batch Upload file within the EBC2 and Programmatic Batch Upload connection method. The issue affecting the Business Center has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Merchants who experienced a custom batch upload issue during the incident period can re-upload the custom batch file again.

Impact: Customers are now able to use the Business Center as normal.
