Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Service Fee Bill requests. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve. Impact: Merchant may see errors with Service Fee Bill requests. 150 reason Code - with "l3DataObj" message. The issue affecting Service Fee Bill requests is resolved in the Production environment. The issue has not been resolved in the CAS testing environment where merchants may still experience intermittent issues.

Impact: Merchants are now able to use Service Fee Bill requests as normal in production, however, may still experience intermittent issues in the testing environment.
