Decision Manager (DM) merchants who are configured to utilize the QUOD third party service and have setup DM rules which invoke this service may see unexpected rule results due to a QUOD error that is affecting the data quality being evaluated by DM. Impact: Merchants may see DM rules triggering as REJECT and EBC users may see a red banner error when attempting to view QUOD-specific third party data.
