Cybersource continues to work on a fix that is currently affecting the reports for Decision Manager.
Decision Manager System Reports for 02/27 - Reports may intermittently contain missing data or empty. This includes reports such as "Profile Performance Comparison Report, Profile Rule Performance Report and Order Conversion Summary Report".
Batch Upload Reporting issue had been mitigated.
Impact: Reconciliation of transactions performed via Decision Manager. Transactions are processing normally.

Decision Manager System Reports for 02/27 - Reports may intermittently contain missing data or empty. This includes reports such as "Profile Performance Comparison Report, Profile Rule Performance Report and Order Conversion Summary Report".
Batch Upload Reporting Only - Reports processed via Batch Upload may be delayed.
We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue.
