The Users Tab in the Admin Console is currently unavailable for some users

We've identified an issue affecting some users' access to the Users tab in the Dashlane Admin Console. Our team is working on a fix, but in the meantime, please try reinstalling the Dashlane extension on your browser as a workaround. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The version containing the fix for this issue, v.6.2451.1, is currently pending approval from the browser app stores to be deployed. We will provide another update once the fix version is available on all browsers.

This issue is now resolved with the release of version v6.2451.1 of the Dashlane browser extension for Chrome and Edge. If the update doesn’t happen automatically, you can reinstall the extension to force it. The Safari and Firefox browser extension versions containing the fix are currently pending approval from the browser app stores to be deployed; we’ll provide another update once these versions are released.
