We have identified that Jira Data Sources cannot be connected in Databox and that all Jira Metrics have not been syncing since April 3rd. We have reached out to Jira Support to help us tackle this issue with the Jira endpoints that we are using for syncing data from Jira Data Sources. We will keep you posted on the progress made.

Issue has been resolved. Due to the issue that occured in regards to accessing the Jira data through OAuth connection, we implemented a new connect flow for Jira Data Sources to re-enable access to Jira data. All Jira Data Sources will need to be reconnected in order to continue syncing data from Jira.
