Note we have identified an issue related to 3DS authentications with Mastercard resulting into an unknown reason related to Mastercard card brand only.
As a result, there is increased refusal rate for Mastercard transactions that require 3DS authentication.

We can confirm that as of 08:09 UTC, the issue that was affecting Mastercard 3DS authentications has been resolved.
All affected services are now fully operational.

Mastercard has acknowledged an ongoing issue on their end affecting 3D Secure authentications, first identified at 08:59 CEST.
An increased refusal rate for Mastercard transactions that require 3D Secure authentication may still be experience.
Mastercard is working to resolve the issue.
