Dark fiber link between HE3 and HE6 went down.

Equinix Fabric Metro Remote port and Unprotected Metro Connect circuits experience service interruption while Protected Metro Connect circuits experienced 50ms switching hit. Equinix engineers are investigating issue.

Single-Homed Equinix Connect (EC) and Equinix Internet Access (EIA) customers experienced service interruption while no impact to Dual-Home EC and EIA customers due to redundancy. Equinix engineers are working to restore the affected services..
