Equinix SMC has detected an issue with one of the Equinix Fabric backbone links connecting TR2 and TR4. The problem has been reported to the provider for investigation. Although the links have been functioning without any interruptions for the past 12 hours, we are still awaiting a Root Cause Analysis (RFO) from the vendor. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Equinix SMC has detected an issue with one of the Equinix Fabric backbone links connecting TR2 and TR4. The problem has been reported to the provider for investigation. Equinix Fabric Metro Remote port and Unprotected Metro Connect circuits experience service interruption while Protected Metro Connect circuits experienced 50ms switching hit. Equinix engineers are investigating issue..
