Equinix engineer has performed a cold restart on the affected device and services resumed at 09:57 UTC hrs.

Equinix SMC will continue to monitor for chassis stability.

SMC has reported an issue with Metro Connect.

Equinix Fabric Metro Remote port and Unprotected Metro Connect circuits experience service interruption while Protected Metro Connect circuits experienced 50ms . There is no impact to Dual Diverse (MC) due to redundancy.

Equinix engineers are investigating the issue..
