Our provider's splicing crews continue to work on repair efforts. They are approximately half way through splicing one side of the fiber span. ETR is set for approximately 7:00pm EST.

Our provider's splicing crew is now on site and has confirmed the spare fiber at this location tested good. They have began prepping the West side of the span to begin the splicing process. No ETR set at this time.

Our provider advised that they have located the damage - It was discovered that a Contractor is digging in the area and have cut the fiber. Their engineers are on site assessing the restoration process. No ETR is set at this time. We will be providing more updates as soon as they will be available.

Our provider has confirmed they are investigating the potential fiber break that is impacting our circuit. They have shot the OTDR and are are currently 'walking the line' to find the reported impairment. They do not have an ETA established at this time. We will provide more updates as soon as they will be available.

One of our provider's link in MI metro have gone down. Unprotected services are down due to this, while protected services may have experienced flap due to rerouting. We are escalating this issue to our provider. We will provide more updates as soon as we receive them.
