Dear Equinix Customer,

We would like to inform you that the network disruption affecting your service was caused by a splicer from our Dark Fiber provider who was troubleshooting a splice case. Unfortunately, this resulted in an accidental disturbance to circuit. They are currently addressing the issue. We will send a final notification once the work is completed. Thank you for your understanding.
