We’re currently experiencing an issue affecting FieldRoutes Payments users where you may be unable to add a credit card to the Customer Card to bill your customers, and your customers may be unable to edit their credit card info in the Customer Portal as well. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post regular updates on our progress.
