Finalsite Outage History

Finalsite Enrollment experienced an issue where email open dates were not displaying in the Sent Emails page due to an intermittent problem with their external email delivery provider. Email functionality remained intact, with messages continuing to be sent and opened successfully by recipients. The issue was resolved after 25.8 hours through coordination with the email provider and implementation of a fix.

Finalsite experienced increased errors across all Composer regions (US East, Central, West, UK, and Asia) that impacted site logins and various Composer features for 6.2 hours. The issue was identified and resolved through service restoration efforts. All Composer functionality returned to normal operation after monitoring confirmed the fix was stable.
