Outage Details

Incident Description: We are currently investigating an issue impacting the reconciliation process within the IT Asset Management platform in the EU region. Affected customers may experience failures when attempting to run reconciliation jobs. As a result, reconciliation processes may not complete successfully, potentially delaying data updates and downstream processing. Priority: P2 Restoration Activity: Our technical teams have been engaged and are actively working to identify the root cause and restore services. We are currently evaluating the underlying components involved in reconciliation processing to determine the source of the failure and are monitoring both production and supporting environments to assess the full impact. Further updates will be provided as we continue working toward resolution.

Our teams manually re-triggered the jobs, and all jobs are now completing successfully. Following extended monitoring, we have confirmed the issue is resolved. We will continue investigating the root cause and will share a detailed post-mortem report once available.
