Following our previous update, our engineering team identified some unusual behaviour within the app and following implementing a fix have completed successful testing. We would ask that you retry accessing the Sip Trunk Call Manager (STCM) / MyInbound app. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
This notice will close at 12pm if no further reports are received.

We have received reports of users not being able to access either Sip Trunk Call Manager (STCM) or MyInbound apps receiving a currently not available error message.
Our engineering team have been engaged and are investigating the root cause.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will provide a further update by 11 am
