Incident Report
Further to the last update, We’ve seen no further reports of one way audio after testing was completed yesterday evening. We have identified the cause of the issue and confirm the issue to be resolved. This incident will be closed at 4pm Issued 24/05/2023 09:30 Testing yesterday evening conducted by our internal support team confirm the issue has been resolved. The Affected SBC has now been unlocked allowing traffic to route over both SBC’s. We will keep this incident open until 4pm today to monitor for any issues that may re-occur. Issued 23/05/2024 11:14 Investigations have found a possible media routing issue. This has now been amended and the affected SBC will remain locked to mitigate any issue of One-way audio. At 9 pm this evening, testing will be conducted to confirm the issue has been resolved. Next update due by 10am tomorrow (24/05/24). Issued 23/05/2024 08:49 Testing yesterday evening indicated One way audio was still present. We have re-engaged the relevant support teams to continue our investigation. Currently, the affected SBC has been locked to mitigate any issue of One way audio. Next update due by 1pm or sooner Issued 22/05/2024 12:33 Our investigation has located the suspected cause of the One way audio issue and a fix has been put in place. The affected SBC will remain locked to mitigate any issue of One way audio until 9pm this evening where testing will be conducted to confirm the issue has been resolved. Next update due by 10am tomorrow (23/05/24). Issued 22/05/2024 11:46 Investigations are still on going to determine the one way audio issue and are continuing to engage with the relevant support teams. The affected SBC remains locked to mitigate any issue of One way audio. Next update due by 4pm or sooner.

We are scheduled to perform testing this evening at 9pm, we anticipate there may be some slight impact to service during this short testing window. We will provide an update by 10am on 22/05. We will provide and update by 3pm or sooner Issued 21/05/2024 11:28 We have identified a potential fault on one of the resilient SBC’s on the CloudUCX MT Platform. The affected SBC was locked and rebooted. We ask Customers to continue to monitor for calls presenting One way audio issues and report these examples. Next update due at 3pm or sooner. Issued 21/05/2024 11:06 We have received reports of intermittent one way audio on calls routing over the CloudUCX MT platform. We are engaging the relevant teams internally and will provide a further update by 12pm or sooner.
