Following our previous update, network traffic has returned to BAU levels.
Our support teams continue to work with our 3rd party carrier to understand the root cause.
Our engineers will continue to monitor the network into the bank holiday weekend and will reopen the incident if required.

Further to our previous update, we have observed positive results with UK mobile data. Any issues with UK mobile data should be treated BAU and reported to the service desk.
Some customer may still have issues roaming and this is being investigated with a patch deployed at 14:15. Our engineers are monitoring the results of this patch.
We continue to work with our 3rd party carrier and monitor the network.

Following our previous update we can confirm that data services on Gamma Mobile were restored around 11:00am. Our engineers are still working with our 3rd party carrier to ensure no further disruption.
Our teams will continue to monitor data traffic across the network for the next several hours.

Following our previous update, a fix has been implemented which on initial testing has resorted some data services across Gamma Mobile. Our engineers continue to monitor the network and work with our 3rd party carrier on a full resolution.

Following our previous update, the anticipated fix by the external party hasnt had the desired outcome and investigations continue. We appreciate your continued patience.

Following our previous update the estimated resolution time has been revised by our 3rd party carrier and we expect to see resolution within the next 60 minutes.
Our engineers continue to work with all relevant stakeholders to push towards resolution.

Following our previous update our engineers continue to work with our 3rd party carrier. They believe the issue is being caused by planned works by an external party.
These works are due to do finish shortly where we believe the issue will be resolved.
