A fiber cut in the cloud provider's region caused CR-H2 Cloudrunner cameras to incorrectly display as offline in the Genetec portal, even though the cameras remained operational and continued sending data. The networking issue affected camera status updates for 4.5 hours until connectivity was restored and the incident was resolved.
