Genetec Clearance experienced an issue where evidence thumbnails were not displaying in the portal across all regions, caused by the latest Chrome and Edge browser updates from March 14th. The problem affected users in the US, US Government, Europe, Canada, and Australia regions for 2.6 hours. The team implemented a fix for the thumbnail display issue and extended it to other portal pages using images, fully resolving the incident.

We identified other pages inside the portal using images in different scenarios that need the same fix to be implemented. We will be deploying them to all environments.
