GoGuardian's Admin product experienced a display bug that caused the user interface to show 500 errors or appear as if policies were "blank," affecting the Admin Dashboard for 1.6 hours. While the interface appeared broken, all policies continued to function normally and filter content as expected. The bug was identified and fixed, with the service fully restored.

GoGuardian experienced a 29-minute service degradation where the Product Selector was missing from Organization Management, starting at approximately 7:39am Pacific. The issue affected users' ability to access the Product Selector functionality within the Organization Management component. The problem was fully resolved by 8:09am Pacific.
