GoGuardian experienced a 29-minute service degradation where the Product Selector was missing from Organization Management, starting at approximately 7:39am Pacific. The issue affected users' ability to access the Product Selector functionality within the Organization Management component. The problem was fully resolved by 8:09am Pacific.

GoGuardian experienced increased latency in their Admin DNS Filtering service starting at approximately 12:38pm ET. The degraded performance affected the GGDNS Filtering component for 1.1 hours. The incident was resolved and the service returned to full operational status.

GoGuardian Teacher experienced a degraded service starting at 8:30 AM Pacific Time, where users had trouble with core classroom management functions including locking/unlocking devices and opening/closing tabs. The incident affected the Teacher Dashboard component and lasted approximately 10 minutes before being resolved.
