As a workaround we recommend that customers redeploy the most recent build for any EnterpriseEngage applications that appear as down in GCC to restore the UI to correctly show the application as available. All necessary resources are engaged to restore this service as quickly as possible. Our next update will be when new information becomes available.

We have observed that redeploying the same EnterpriseEngage application build can restore the GCC UI to correctly show the application as Deployed and available. Guidewire Support has determined additional tenants in AMER and APAC are impacted as well as EMEA. We have also determined that non-production environments may exhibit this issue as well as pre-production environments.
