Embedded Survey impressions being overcounted

We have deployed a fix and it has worked.

While this issue will not occur going forward, it is not possible to correct any existing data for impressions on the Performance tab.

We’ve identified an issue when counting impressions for Embedded Surveys.

Due to this bug, we were collecting impressions in cases where the Embedded Survey was not shown because the configured parent selector was not on the page.

We’re working on developing a fix and hope to share more news soon.

We’ll post another update to this page once we’ve deployed the fix, and we’re monitoring it to check it’s resolved the fault.
