An issue occurred impacting the Istanbul, Turkey (IST) PoP. Teams bypassed all ISPs allowing traffic to move to redundant PoPs. The cause of the issue was identified and remedial measures implemented. Traffic has been restored to the PoP and services have returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor the IST PoP to ensure the continued stability of the PoP.
The status updates are an integral part of proactive monitoring and transparent communication about the status of our cloud services. Imperva investigates and attributes a status to all detected events that may or may not affect availability of the service.
In the event of a service disruption, the update will include potential impacts to any affected region.

Service for the Istanbul, Turkey (IST) PoP has remained stable. At this time this incident is being considered resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
